ATLANTIC CITY--- It was only an occasional glimpse, but our camera and the cameras of many others caught Jennifer Aniston in Atlantic City on Monday afternoon, on the set of her latest movie.
Called "Bounty Hunter" the movie stars Aniston as the bail jumping ex-wife of a bounty hunter played by Gerard Butler.
Monday was the first day of shooting at two different locations: on Pacific Av. near Boardwalk Hall, and on the boardwalk side of Taj Mahal Casino.
"...We were in the restaurant upstairs and watched her while we were eating," said Bill Miller from Washington DC, one of many casino patrons and tourists who snapped pics of the actress with cell phones, and cameras.
Bounty Hunter is not the only star studded movie being filmed in Atlantic City however -- starting on Thursday, the cast and crew of "Warrior" staring Nick Nolte arrive in town -- all of which is good economic news for Atlantic City, according to Jeff Vasser, President of the Convention and Visitors Authority, "....the last one we had of this magnitude was Oceans 11, and they were here for about 10 days shooting one scene....they spent almost three quarters of a million dollars."
Vasser also said that the exposure that the city gets from these types of films, is hard to put a price on, "....its great for our branding to have stars like this here, its great for the community and our pride and its great for us to have that kind of exposure in a film like this."
"Bounty Hunter" is expected to be released in theaters next year.
