MAYS LANDING -- Four men from North Jersey were indicted Thursday for allegedly trying to force a pair of young women into prostitution in Atlantic City.
The indictment names Malik Canty, Felix Nunez, Cedric Crews, and Daryl Baskerville.
They've been charged with human trafficking, promoting prostitution, and possession of a firearm.
The four men allegedly transported two young women to Atlantic City last July to force them into prostitution by threatening them physically.
The girls were 16 and 22 years old.
The men now remain in the Atlantic County Justice Facility and if convicted, each could face 20 years to life in prison.
