NORRISTOWN, PA--The daughter of the man whose body was found in a wooded area in Hamilton Township last year, was convicted today of voluntary manslaughter.
23-year-old Christina Rubin of Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, was found guilty in the death of 46-year-old Marc Rubin, whose body was wrapped in a carpet then dumped in a wooded area off the Black Horse Pike in December.
His body was left to decompose in his apartment for more than a week before it was dumped.
Christina's boyfriend, 20-year-old Jeffrey Leinheiser, has also been convicted of third degree murder.
Christina's attorney, Martin Mullaney, says his client asked her boyfriend to kill her father because he was abusive.
