SEA ISLE CITY--After last week’s nasty nor'easter closed the Townsend Inlet Bridge for more than a week, motorists will be able to access the Sea Isle City/Avalon connector by Friday morning.

A repair barge broke loose last week, hitting the bridge, and caused structural damage.

Crews worked since Sunday to repair the damage.

The bridge will officially open at 7:30a.m.
