HAZMAT TEAM INVESTIGATES SUSPICIOUS SUBSTANCE IN A.C.

ATLANTIC CITY--The Atlantic City Bomb Squad and Hazardous Material Team investigated a suspicious substance found in a city apartment Tuesday.
The Atlantic City Fire Department's Hazmat Team assisted the city's police and bomb squad at the Providence Court scene in identifying the potentially explosive substance.
Officials say the material was found inside a unit in the Chelsea Village apartment complex.
The unidentified substance was eventually deemed safe.
No one was injured nor charged in the incident.
The investigation is still ongoing.
