CAPE MAY--Hearings resumed Monday in the investigation of the sinking of the Lady Mary 60 miles off the coast of Cape May.
Volunteer diver, Steve Gatto of Sicklerville, showed the Coast Guard video and photos of the Lady Mary underwater and says the vessel sustained damaged to the propeller, rudder, and rear ramp.
Gatto also says the damage was caused a force, coinciding with previous testimony the Lady Mary may have been struck by another vessel before it sank on March 24th.
6 of the 7 crewmembers of the 71 foot scallop boat were killed.
