ATLANTIC CITY--The New Jersey Casino Control Commission fined two Atlantic City casinos a total of $85,000 for violations that included allowing underage patrons to gamble.
One was a 15-year-old boy, who played roulette at Bally's Atlantic City last year. Caesars Atlantic City was fined for allowing a 20-year-old woman to play blackjack in 2006, three weeks after she was arrested for underage gambling at a different casino.
The company that owns both casinos declined comment after the fines were handed down Wednesday. The legal gambling age in New Jersey is 21.
