LARGE TURNOUT TO HELP FIND BONE MARROW MATCH FOR YOUNG BOY

MILLVILLE--A large turnout Tuesday night in hopes of saving the life of a young boy waiting for a bone marrow transplant.
Supporters from all over were tested at "The Little Gym of Millville" to see if they are a suitable bone marrow match for 10-year-old Michael Barner.
Michael was diagnosed with the rare and potentially fatal blood disease, Aplastic Anemia.
After several unsuccessful treatments at Children's Hospital, a bone marrow transplant is now the final option.
And his family is hopeful tonight's large turnout will result in a compatible match.
"It's very overwhelming to see people come out from all places to come here and take 10 minutes out of their day, and really make a difference, not only hopefully for my son's life, but many others today," says Michael’s mother, Stacey.
Results of a possible match are expected in about four weeks.
