ATLANTIC CITY- Revel Entertainment may soon have a new construction management partner for Atlantic City's newest casino.

Today the company issued a statement in response to several reports about a financing deal reached with the China Construction Engineering Corp, which they say is not the case.

Revel noted that they did make a required regulatory filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange outlining a potential construction management agreement between the company and Revel's construction manager, Tishman, to complete work on the project.

Revel also says that China Construction Corp is not providing financing to Revel as part of the agreement, and they intend to seek financing for the project in the fourth quarter of 2009, as initially intended.
