2 arrested for armed robbery in Cumberland County

VINELAND - Police in Vineland have arrested two men involved with multiple armed robberies that occurred in Cumberland County.

The first incident happened on June 17th, when police were dispatched to 2791 S. Delsea Drive (Rite Aid Pharmacy) for reports of a man armed with a bladed weapon, police say.

The second incident happened on June 18th, when authorities say another man with a bladed weapon was reported at 94 N. Delsea Drive (Kentucky Fried Chicken).

On Friday (June 20), authorities have arrested 53-year-old Luther Kidd, of Vineland, and 56-year-old Rodney McNair, of Millville for their involvement in both incidents.

Kidd and McNair are charged with robbery, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and unlawful possession of a weapon. Both are lodged in Cumberland County Jail on full cash bail.
