Authorities were on scene in Cumberland County Tuesday afternoon, when a bus collided with a vehicle sending one person to the hospital.
The accident happened at the intersection of Caloris Ave. and Wheaton Ave. in Millville.
Witnesses tell NBC40 the driver, and only occupant of a white Nissan Altima, slammed into the back of a NJ Transit bus.
Chris Lee was inside the bus during the time of the accident, "We pulled over at the stop, and somebody just rear ended us. She seemed to have been going pretty fast because the bus did move and, uh, and on such a hot day like this, it killed the air conditioner on the bus so it's pretty hot in there."
The driver of the Nissan Altima was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
The driver and five occupants of the NJ Transit bus suffered no injuries during the accident.
