Harrah's security sued over alleged attack

Posted: Updated:
In a civil lawsuit filed last month North Jersey resident, Anthony Flora, is claiming that the casino's security guards brutally attacked him.

Surveillance video released by Flora's attorney shows the 36-year-old, Hudson County man, being taken down by security officers in September of 2012.

Flora says the assault left him with a concussion, bruised ribs, severe cuts and four broken teeth.

Flora's attorney, Michael Maggiano, says the last thing he remembers is being punched in the face.
"It's absolutely out of control and we see it time and time again. These people are under trained, unskilled, they are not true security," said Maggiano.
In an email. a spokesman for the casino's parent company said they have no comment on pending litigation.

Flora is seeking monetary damages for his injuries.

His attorney expects the case to go to trial next year.
