This year's New Jersey's dead dolphin count brought up to 143

NEW JERSEY -

The 143rd dolphin turned up dead  on New Jersey's Coastline this year.

According to Brigantine's Marine Mammal Stranding Center, the animal had been dead for too long to learn the cause of its death. A skin sample has been sent out for testing. Scientists attribute many of this year's dolphin deaths to the Morbilli virus, which has been found in many of the dead mammals.
