If you've spent any time outside over the last couple days you know it was a wet weekend.
But the weather broke just in time for the 21 Down Buddy Walk.
21 down is a local organization to promote downs syndrome awareness and support the families of those with downs syndrome.
Members of the organization enjoyed a day in Ocean City, going on the rides and enjoying food down by the beach.
The Buddy Walk is 21 Down's biggest fundraiser of the year, but at the end of the day, organizers say today was all about the kids.
Pam Ginet the treasurer of 21 Down stated, "We just want to get the word out there, you know? Our kids are just like any other kids and they can do things just like other kids and just to raise that awareness and get them out in the community and show them what great kids they are."
