SEASIDE PARK -
Monday, cleanup crews began demolishing what's left of the stretch of the Seaside Park and Seaside Heights Boardwalk after a massive fire destroyed more than 50 businesses there last month.
Heavy equipment moving debris is a welcome sight to local residents who are anxious to see a landmark boardwalk rebuild as soon as possible.
The $4.7 million state-funded project was awarded to Eagle Paving who has 60 days to clear out the debris and finish demolition.
