The Egg Harbor Township medical marijuana dispensary has officially received permission to start selling pot to patients.
The New Jersey Health Department announced today that Compassionate Care Foundation can open its doors. The facility has been allowed to grow the marijuana since June. The dispensary has not announced exactly what day it will open. This is only the second facility in the state to be approved to start supplying patients. Nearly 1,400 medical marijuana patients have registered with the state.
