Questions still remain about what caused a small plane to crash into the woods last month, after the NTSB released a preliminary report.
The crash killed the only man on board the plane, 44-year-old Anthony Kelly, of Washington Township. The report indicates debris was seen coming from the plane in the moments before it hit the ground. The plane was last inspected in March 2013.
Investigators found a one mile path of debris from the crash. There is no indication at this time as to what caused the plane to malfunction. According to FAA records, Kelly had around 400 hours of flight experience on the date of the crash.
