Authorities in Bridgeton are investigating an early morning fire.
Firefighters responded around 1:00 a.m. Wednesday to a home on the unit block of East Avenue.
An NBC 40 reporter on the scene says that part of the top floor, most likely the attic, was engulfed in flames.
Although the fire was extinguished, investigators remained on the scene for several hours.
Authorities have not confirmed any injuries, or what may have caused the fire.
