A jury has found an Atlantic City cab driver guilty for leaving the scene of a 2011 fatal accident, court officials say.
According to officials with the Atlantic County Superior Court, the jury found 53-year-old Jean Sene guilty for leaving the scene of an accident which left 88-year-old Bu Do Jo dead.
The trial, which began on Monday, ended in less than a week as the jury reached their decision around 9:30 Thursday.
On December 3, 2011, authorities say Jo was struck by Sene's taxicab and then subsequently struck by a Jitney on the 1300 block of Pacific Avenue. Sene fled the scene and was arrested and charged shortly after.
