Congressman Lobiondo was speaking to business leaders in Cape May County on Thursday.
The focus was on economics as the congressman responded to concerns of small business owners at the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce Luncheon in Stone Harbor.
Topics included Hurricane Sandy, FEMA's new flood maps, and the hot button topic of the health care overhaul.
"We were assured that if we gave it some time we would be able to work through the problems now we're finding out that the deadlines can't be met, that the exchanges can't be implemented, that businesses are being exempted, individuals are going to have to be exempted," said Lobiondo.
Lobiondo went onto say that because of Obamacare, employers are going to have to switch full time employees to part-time, which he says will increase our already high unemployment numbers.
