The child was hit by a car back on May 16th in Vineland.

Now she is charged with aggravated manslaughter and reckless manslaughter. Vineland Police say James was found to have left Aryonna Watson alone without the benefit of adult supervision, when the girl ran into the intersection and was hit.
Watson died three days later.
Police said a 45-year-old Gloucester County man saw the girl after the vehicle in front of him swerved, but he couldn't stop in time.
No charges were filed against the driver.
