Some Sandy aid is on its way to local municipalities.
FEMA is giving Ocean City federal funding for repair work and debris removal following Hurricane Sandy.
The Cape May County town will receive a total of $3.1 million.
The state is making $30 million available in both Cape May and Atlantic Counties for non-profit and for profit developers through the neighborhood enhancement program.
The funding provides zero percent loans to rehabilitate abandoned, foreclosed and vacant housing and to redevelop lots to create affordable housing options.
The program will support projects in counties most impacted by Sandy and is part of the New Jersey Disaster Recovery Action Plan.
