Happy Monday morning South Jersey
A brief synopsis for this week:
For your Monday though Friday forecast it is looking like the high pressure system that has been giving us the nice start to summer will continue to control the early part of the week. We do have the potential to see scattered thunderstorms for the day today and tomorrow; however I do expect them to be very scattered and short lived. Once we get into the middle of next week, we will be in the midst of a back door cold front by Wednesday. Until then expect hot and muggy conditions. The early part of next week will have temperatures in the upper 80's and low 90's. It is still uncertain how the front appearing Wednesday will effect temperatures for Thursday. There is still plenty of time before then.
Hope you enjoy the end of your weekend South Jersey!
Until next time,
Meteorologist Sydney Daniel
