The Atlantic Club calls off deal with PokerStars

ATLANTIC CITY -

It was "time" that apparently tampered with PokerStar's prospective fifteen million dollar deal with The Atlantic Club, according to the Associated Press.

The Atlantic Club called off all bets, when the online gaming giant could "not" get preliminary ownership approval from New Jersey regulators on time.

A judge is now holding up that cancellation and in response, PokerStars is now appealing that ruling. The website's parent company, The Rational Group, says the judge made several errors and that the deal should be back on.
