A judge hears a guilty plea from a Ventnor man who described how he killed another teenager more than 20 years ago.
Steven Goff, 41, appeared in superior court this morning to plead guilty to the murder of 15-year-old Frederick Hart back in 1990 in the woods of Galloway Township.
Goff turned himself into police back in April and on Thursday told the judge that though he stabbed Hart three times in a rage fueled by steroids, he makes no excuses for his actions.
Because of a plea deal, Goff is expected to be sentenced to 30 years in prison on July 19th.
