A Philadelphia man is ejected through the rear windshield in an early morning accident on the Garden State Parkway. It happened just before 7:00 Tuesday morning near mile marker 36.7 in Egg Harbor Township.
That's when police say 31-year-old Raymond Werner was driving southbound and ended up in the northbound lane.
Werner was thrown through the rear window after the car flipped and struck the guardrail.
Werner was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The accident remains under investigation, however Werner has been charged with driving under the influence.
