With more than one hundred and fifty different types of wine on hand, there was much to cheers to at the DO AC Boardwalk Wine Promenade.
"So we got to taste all the different wines that are from all over the world," said Galloway native, Cheldin Barlatt Rumer
From flavors specific to Spain, to the homegrown grapes right here in the Garden State…
"I have seen a lot of people testing things, but a lot people were thrilled with the jersey wines," said Miss New Jersey, Lindsey Petrosh.
Indeed, there was much to thrilled about with today's turn out
"We think we brought a couple thousand people to the city," Liza Martell, President of Atlantic City Alliance.
"The whole idea of the boardwalk wine prom was to celebrate the beauty of the boardwalk through the lens of wine and food," explained award-winning wine expert, Leslie Sbrocco.
From Atlantic Club to Revel, the energy was pouring into Atlantic City today, with all twelve resorts joining forces to welcome wine lovers, successfully showcasing the fine taste the defines this destination town.
Similar to the array of wines here at the boardwalk, there are a number of reasons to get refreshed and ready to ‘DO AC.'
"I have sparkling wine in everything, champagne, I have sweet wines..." list Sbrocco.
"For us it's about really looking forward towards the summer, there are so many great acts," says Rumer.
"Atlantic City has more to offer than just gaming; it's a destination that offers just about something for everyone at every price point," adds Cartmell.
