Police arrested a man for possessing multiple bags of heroin after a stopping a man for traffic violations.
Louis Murphy, 32, of Egg Harbor Township, was stopped on the 200 block of North Maryland Avenue Tuesday night by Atlantic City Police. Officers say Murphy did not have a drivers license, and had 349 bags of heroin, valued at $3,500, with him. Murphy was also wanted for sexual assault and human trafficking by Philadelphia Police. He was also wanted by the Harrisburg Board of Probation and Parole.
Murphy faces multiple charges and is being held without bail at the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
