A physician who was the owner and founder of a home care
service for seniors plead guilty Thursday to fraud.
Lori Reaves, 52, who owned Visiting Physicians of South Jersey based in Hammonton, entered the plea after authorities say she
billed Medicare for face to face time with elderly patients that she did not
provide. Authorities say Reaves made more than $500,000 in
