March is Women's History Month and to celebrate, the Atlantic County Advisory Committee on women held an intergenerational forum Thursday morning.
The Breakfast Forum at Blue Heron Pines Golf Club included a discussion on what women have yet to achieve and reflections on the accomplishments that women have made in the past.
"We each stand on the shoulders of the generation before us, so it is important to know where we came from and its also important to know where we are going and how each generation can help the next and the one before it," said Janet Garraty, Co-Chair of the Atlantic County Advisory Commission on Women.
Author, radio host, and founder of spirit of purpose, Teressa Moore Griffin was the guest speaker at Thursday's event.
