Many across South Jersey celebrated with a free water ice from Rita's on Wednesday.
Despite the chilly temperatures, fans of the icy treat lined up for their first taste of spring at the Rita's Water Ice in Northfield.
The free treat on the first day of spring is a tradition for the water ice company which offers it every year.
