ATLANTIC CITY -
Saying that more time is needed, the Casino Control Commission postponed a hearing Wednesday on whether the American Gaming Association can participate in the licensing process for buyers of the Atlantic Club Casino.
The parent company of Pokerstars.net is set to complete the purchase of the casino once it passes the state regulators. At Wednesday's CCC meeting, the discussion focused on the new Margaritaville attraction at Resorts Casino and Hotel.
The CCC passed a resolution allowing the attraction to obtain a service license. The CCC also acknowledged March as problem gambling awareness month.
