MAYS LANDING -
A Camden man has pleaded guilty in the fatal Atlantic City
casino garage carjacking of a Middlesex County couple.
21 year old Phillip Byrd pleaded guilty to felony murder
today, admitting in court that he was the one who pulled the trigger.
Byrd and two other Camden
men are accused of robbing 28 year old Sunil Rattu and 24 year old Radha Ghetia...
And forcing them to drive from the Trump Taj Mahal parking garage to an alley,
where they were shot in 2011.
Rattu died from two gunshot wounds to the head, while Ghetia
survived.
