Police have released a sketch of a man they say attempted to abduct a young girl Wednesday morning.
It happened around 8:30 on Route 9 near Chanese Lane. The 14 year old girl tells police a Hispanic man in his mid 30's who was driving a black, 4 door BMW sedan attempted to abduct her and after a brief struggle drove off.
The suspect is described as being five foot four to five foot six inches tall with a stocky build, short–cropped black hair with a mustache and goatee. Police add that the suspect was wearing diamond earrings in both ears.
