Floodwaters hamper firefighters' efforts in Strathmere - NBC40.net
STRATHMERE -- The tiny shore town has seen two house fires in the past two days.
Fire broke out at a home on Bayview Avenue early Saturday morning but efforts to fight the fire stalled due to the high water levels around the house.
Fire fighters called in a military vehicle to assist in fighting the fire.
The cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
