South Jersey is being hit by another winter storm.
Whipping winds, frigid rain, rising tides are all a part of this winter storm, however snow is not expected to be as big a factor here as it is throughout some of the Northeast.
Today's wind and rain caused trees and branches to fall and signs to fly through the air.
Atlantic City Electric says more than 26,583 customers are without power.
