ATLANTIC CITY -
A Massachusetts man was arrested in Atlantic City Wednesday morning. He was wanted out of Saratoga Springs, NY on a fugitive warrant for
extortion.
Police say 49-year-old Lance Leonard was arrested at the Trump Taj Mahal bus waiting area around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Saratoga Springs Police say Leonard threatened to harm a Skidmore College student and himself.
That prompted college officials to lock down the campus from Tuesday night until early Wednesday morning.
Leonard is currently being held at the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
