GLOUCESTER CO. -
A Buena Vista Township man is facing charges after he allegedly fired shots in a Woodbury apartment and assaulting his girlfriend.
20 year old Donald Segar Jr. was at his girlfriend's home on February 17th when Gloucester County Prosecutors say Segar reportedly choked his girlfriend.
Then officials say during a struggle with members of her family, he fired three shots from a handgun into the ceiling while her 1–year–old daughter was present.
He then ran away.
Police arrested him Thursday at a Runnemede motel.
