MARGATE -
Police have charged a 22 year-old man with sexually assaulting a minor on Friday night.
Margate Police arrested 22 year-old Charles G. Kulzer, of Margate Saturday morning. Kulzer allegedly sexually assaulted a 13 year-old girl Friday night. Police say he met the girl online, and met up with her, providing alcohol and then assaulting her at his home.
Kulzer is charged with sexual assault on a minor, criminal sexual assault, and endangering the welfare of a child. Police also charged Kulzer for drug offenses after searching his apartment.
He is being held in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $75,000 bail. He will be arraigned on March 11th.
