BRIGANTINE -

A Brigantine man has been arrested after police say he attempted to pull over an off duty officer.

State Police say 41-year-old Gustavo Delcid was arrested when he was pulled in Brigantine Friday.

Atlantic City Police contacted State Police after one of their off duty officers was pulled over by Delcid on the Atlantic City Expressway on Wednesday.

Further investigation led police to Delcid, who is charged with impersonating a police officer.

Delcid was released pending a court date.
