ATLANTIC CITY -

The center piece of Resorts Casino Hotel's $35 million renovation project was topped off Friday morning.

The final beam was hoisted into place, topping off the Landshark Bar and Grill which is just one part of the massive Margaritaville–themed renovations at Resorts.

Resorts officials say when construction is completed, it will be the only year-round dining and entertainment facility on the beach in Atlantic City.

Before it was hoisted, everyone in attendance, including our NBC 40 crew, was given a chance to sign the beam.

The project is expected to be completed by Memorial Day Weekend.
