OCEAN CITY  -- Police are investigating a string of burglaries on the 2600 block of Asbury Avenue.

In the past 48 hours, police say there have been six to eight incidents where televisions and electronics have been stolen.

Ocean City police say with a situation like this, more burglaries can be expected, and they urge seasonal home owners to check their properties.
