SOMERS POINT -- The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office is assisting Somers Point police in investing a shooting that happened Saturday morning.
At about 10:30 a.m. police responded to Somers Point Village Apartments for a report of an unresponsive man.
Police say the 22-year-old victim was shot in the head. The victim, a Somers Point resident, is currently hospitalized for the life-threatening injury.
