Chilly weather foiled by chili cook off - NBC40.net
LINWOOD -- Plenty of familiar faces were on hand to judge the Great John J. Heinz Memorial Chili Cook Off.
The weather outside was chilly but the competition ran hot inside the Our Lady Of Sorrows church hall as a dozen chefs competed.
The event was sponsored by All Saints Council 6277 Knights of Columbus of Linwood and Northfield.
Proceeds from the event will go to pay medical bills for a Northfield family.
