MAYS LANDING -
A Mays Landing man has been indicted for vehicular homicide for his role in an accident that claimed the life of his passenger last summer.
The Atlantic County prosecutor's officer announced that 21-year-old Michael McMunn Jr. was indicted by a grand jury Wednesday.
Authorities say McMunn was driving under the influence when his vehicle flipped on Lipzig Avenue in Hamilton Township on July 2nd, last year. His passenger, 21-year-old Richard Kisby, was thrown from the car, and pronounced dead at the scene.
McMunn was charged with numerous offenses in August.
He now faces 10 years in New Jersey state prison.
