An Atlantic City casino is set to become the first in the country to allow gamblers to place bets from the comfort of their room.
The program is scheduled to launch February 18th. Borgata's E-Casino will allow guests who are MyBorgata rewards members to bet on slots and video poker, with the potential for additional games, from the TV's in their rooms.
Players will be able to purchase up to $2,500 in gaming credits over a 24 hour period.
The mobile gaming system, already approved by the Division of Gaming Enforcement, is the first offered in Atlantic City since the mobile gaming bill was approved in August.
