Two brothers were arrested Monday, charged in the fatal shooting death of an Atlantic City man Sunday night.
The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office announced the arrest of 21 year-old Malik Derry, and his brother, 32 year-old Mykal Derry, both of Atlantic City, and charged them with the murder of 25 year-old Tyquinn James Sunday night.
James was found shot to death outside of an Atlantic City restaurant on the 1300 block of Adriatic Avenue Sunday night. An investigation led police to the Derry brothers, who were found and arrested at The Department of Motor Vehicles facility at the Shore Mall Monday afternoon.
Both face multiple charges in connection with the murder. They are being held in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $1 million dollars bail and are set to make their first court appearance in at 1:30 Tuesday afternoon.
