A.C. police identify first homicide victim of 2013

ATLANTIC CITY -

Atlantic City police have identified the man who was fatally shot Sunday evening, the first homicide victim in 2013.

The incident happened around 7:30 p.m. outside a restaurant on the 1300 block of Adriatic Avenue.

Authorities say Tyquinn James, 25, of Atlantic City, was found shot to death at the scene.

Witnesses told an NBC 40 reporter that James was shot in the head.

Police say no arrests have been made at this time, and the incident is under investigation.
