An Atlantic City man has been indicted for vehicular homicide for a 2011 crash that killed his cousin.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office announced Thursday that a grand jury indicted 35 year-old Sundeep Sekhon for the crash that happened on June 4th 2011.  Authorities say Sekhon was driving at a high rate of speed on Route 30 in Absecon when he lost control and hit a telephone pole.  The impact killed his cousin, 31 year-old Amarinder Sandhu, who was a passenger in the vehicle.

Sekhon was charged with driving while intoxicated and vehicular homicide, among others.  He is free on $150,000 bail, pending trial, and also must surrender his passport by order of a judge.
