Police have released pictures of a suspect in an armed robbery and assault at a local 7/11.
Egg Harbor Township police say that last Monday, the suspect approached the clerk at the 7/11 on Tilton Road just after 1:30 a.m. and began striking him with a handgun. The suspect then got away with an unknown amount of cash.
The clerk was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
The suspect is described as a black man, with what appears to be a "wandering" eye standing about five-foot seven to five-foot ten.
